Bio
Born and raised in Greater Montreal, Dumas explored film, TV and acting since his youngest age. Having been part of numerous plays in middle and high school, as well as gaining experience in improv which continued in college, he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Film Studies from the University of Montreal, in 2021. Since then, he has moved permanently to Toronto, where he pursued studies at Toronto Film School, in the Acting for Film, TV and Theatre program, which he graduated from in 2022.
In 2023, he made his directorial debut with the short film "The Bicycle Boy", for which he invested himself the whole CAN$21,000 budget, from his own savings. The film was selected at the 2024 Indie Gathering International Film Festival in Cleveland, and received an honorable mention in the "Best Romance/Love" category at the 2024 Vienna International Film Awards. In 2025, he landed his first major lead role in the new Bell Fibe TV1 series "Upendo", in which he starred opposite Congolese actress and content creator Daniela Bongongo. He is represented by The Meus Talent Agency since 2023.
A huge baseball enthusiast, Dumas also hosts a YouTube channel, titled "The Statterer: Your Beginner's Guide to Baseball Stats".
